Delete account and data
You can request deletion of your Easy Macro AI account and related data in the App or by email.
Delete in the App
- Open Easy Macro AI.
- Open Settings from the Home screen.
- Choose Delete account and all data.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete.
When deletion is completed, it removes the anonymous account, relevant Firebase AI usage and purchase-status data, and meal records and targets stored on the device. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the App
Email us with the subject “Account deletion request” and state whether you used an iPhone or Android device. We may ask for additional information to identify the account.
Data deleted and retained
- Meal history, targets, onboarding input, anonymous account, AI usage count, and in-app purchase status are deleted.
- We do not permanently store your entered text or voice on our servers.
- Operational logs that do not include entered content may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and failure investigation.
- Records required by law may be retained only as long as required.
Important: deleting your account does not cancel Apple or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel them separately in your store subscription settings.
